How many sessions will I need?

For Hair Removal: Usually 6 to 8 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart to catch every hair in its growth cycle.
For Skin Concerns (Rosacea/Acne/ Pigmentation): Often 3 to 6 sessions depending on the severity of the pigmentation, redness or breakouts.

Is laser safe for my skin tone?

Yes! At our Newhall clinic, we use medical-grade Nd:YAG laser technology, which is the "gold standard" for safety and effectiveness on all skin types, including darker skin tones (Fitzpatrick scales 1–6)

What should I do to prepare for my appointment?

For hair removal, please shave the area 24 hours before your session. Avoid waxing, plucking, or tanning (including fake tan) for at least 2–4 weeks prior, as the laser needs to see the pigment in the follicle to work effectively.

Is there any downtime after the treatment?

Generally, no! You might experience slight "glow" or redness (similar to a mild sunburn) for a few hours, but you can return to your normal activities immediately. We just ask that you avoid hot baths, gyms, and direct sun exposure for 24–48 hours post-treatment.
